My husband and I have been travelling in Italy for 2 1/2 weeks and this restaurant stands out as the worst. We chose it because of its proximity to our hotel and the very high ratings on Google.

Three people on staff; our waiter was trying his best to serve the whole restaurant while the other two stood behind the counter doing almost nothing. There weren’t very many tables but yet, we waited longer for everything than at any other restaurant.

The food was below average (we had meatballs, pasta pomodoro and eggplant Parmesan). The first two were edible but had no real flavour or interest, definitely not worth the price. The last was soggy, smothered in several cheeses and white sauce and we didn’t eat it. Even though we said we didn’t like it, we still paid 13 euro for it (the meal total was 40 euro). The server gave us a couple pastries on our way out to try to make up for it but these were unfortunately not very good either. We threw them out and went to a different restaurant for redemption dessert.

Overall, would not recommend. We think they’re trying to do too much by serving pastries in the morning and transitioning to a bar and restaurant in the evening.
