Be.Re. + Trapizzino — Restaurant in Rome

I had a great Trapizzino in this restaurant. The waitress was great and nice to me and my wife. However I had bad experience. My bag contained my laptop was stolen when we were eating. I put my bag in the front of me beside the table which close to a glass wall. It was supposed to be hard to take my bag but I don’t know how that happened. I do understand that it is not the restaurant responsibility, however the restaurant’s crew didn’t offer me any help or even a suggestion what to do. We tried to ask politely to them but they just give up, so I just paid my meal and walked around the restaurant after the incident in case I got lucky to find my bag at least. But zero result and we went to police station nearby to report. It was disappointing moment because the food was great but even inside the restaurant I was not safe. We work in London so we are really vigilant with this kind of situation so it is really unfortunate that this happened in our holiday. The incident was happened at 3rd October 2025, between 12.30 to 13.00...

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this overpriced and overrated Italian food establishment with the kitchen staff full of indians. The cashier failed to inform us that we needed to present the receipt to the kitchen to prepare our two trapizzinos. Consequently, we had to wait unnecessarily and felt quite foolish when I realized there was an issue and had to inquire about our order status with the cashier, who responded rudely and told us to go to the kitchen ourselves.

After finally receiving our food, I asked about sitting indoors as we had initially intended to take our order out but given the long wait, we preferred to dine in. However, despite the restaurant being empty, they refused our request. This experience left us thoroughly unimpressed with the service. My advice: steer clear of this place.

OVERPRICED! RUDE!...

Il posto è decente, una stella va per il servizio purtroppo. Siamo stati trattati in maniera decisamente inaccettabile: Ci siamo, io e la mia ragazza, ritrovati a passare li davanti affamati ed abbiamo optato per un pasto veloce a base dei loro trapizzini. Una volta entrati per due volte ci hanno chiesto se volevamo sederci o ordinare al banco, per sapere se dovevamo pagare subito o dopo. Avendo fretta abbiamo detto che potevamo ordinare al banco, abbiamo pagato ed ordinato i nostri trapizzini. A questo punto il ragazzo che li prepara ci ha inviato a sederci al banco ed aspettare qualche minuto perche il pane non era pronto. Dopo pochi minuti ci porta i trapizzini ed iniziamo a mangiarli al volo, e fin qui tutto normale. Non fosse che la mia ragazza ad un certo punto, avendo sete, si permette di tirare fuori dalla borsa una bevanda che aveva comprato e gia aperto in precedenza, e tempo pochi minuti un cameriere si avvicina ed in modo ingiustificabilmente maleducato e scontroso ci rimprovera dicendo che non è carino quello che stiamo facendo, io dunque gli faccio presente che non avevamo alcuna intenzione di fregare nessuno e che stiamo consumando i loro prodotti profumatamente (ed a mio avviso eccessivamente) pagati, e che non è il giusto modo in ogni caso di rivolgersi a dei clienti paganti. Difatti una sua collega ci chiede scusa per il suo comportamento e ci spiega educatamente ed umanamente la cosa, ma il ragazzo continua a rivolgere tutto il suo inspiegabile astio verso di noi aggiungendo che abbiamo preso i prodotti da mangiare e che quindi avremmo dovuto lasciare il locale (nonostante fosse stato il suo collega a dirci di mangiare al banco senza problemi) praticamente cacciandoci via ed accusandoci di essere noi maleducati, trattandoci come se stessimo truffando qualcuno. Ovviamente a quel punto non abbiamo avuto nessuna intenzione di restare e, nonostante la collega gentilmente cercasse di mediare, abbiamo preferito lasciare il locale e finire di consumare altrove, lontani dagli sbraiti di qualche cafone. Dispiace che certe persone possano rovinare la reputazione di un posto che conoscevo ed in cui mi ritrovavo a mangiare ogni tanto, ma per me il servizio è l'elemento di differenziazione principale in questo ambito, ed è stato veramente spiacevole passare del tempo in questo locale. Aggiungo che guardando il listino prezzi delle bevande (di un posto chiamato bere) ho anche tirato un sospiro di sollievo nel non prendere qualsiasi cosa da bere. Prezzi decisamente gonfiati...
