Ciampini Bistrot — Restaurant in Rome

The food was delicious, i ordered the Pesto. But the service was horrible, the waiter with glasses gives a really bad service and makes you wait a lot of time because he prefers to attended locals instead of tourists, if you don’t speak italian don’t come here the service is going to be bad but the food delicious. Also they are going to charge you for everything. Had to lower my 5 star review from last year to 4. The suppli were kind of dry and tasteless compared to last year. The menu on the website is different from the menu you get in restaurant. They added hot sauce to the diavola pizza, i guess because they are trying to cater to tourists? Service is still great but this place seems to have gone downhill since last year. We ordered 3 pizzas after reading good reviews. We were still hungry after eating them as the base looked big enough in size but in reality it was just paper plus the toppings were not tummy filling . For vegetarian pizza it could be one mushroom extremely thinly sliced and same goes with courgette. With tuna , it was same , extremely less tuna. We ate another meal somewhere else after eating from this restaurant . I don’t recommend this as this is a cost saving pizza restaurant.
