A seguito di una prenotazione fatta online e confermata con tanto di mail, all'arrivo al club ci è stato detto che non potevamo entrare perché era stata cancellata (10 min di ritardo credo rientrino nel quarto d'ora accademico, la disdetta tramita posta elettronica è arrivata solo dopo che ci avevono sgarbatamente rifiutati all'ingresso). Se poi vogliamo puntualizzare il vero motivo ci è stato espresso da Edoardo - il ragazzo alla porta - il quale ha detto che una persona facente parte del nostro gruppo non era loro gradita (o nello specifico a lui), in quanto avevano avuto un alterco la settimana precedente. Essendo un club privato ognuno può far entrare chi più gli aggrada però se non si è in grado di mantenere un impegno/prenotazione forse sarebbe meglio limitarsi come una qualunque discoteca alla diretta selezione alla porta! Il mio pensiero al riguardo è che una questione privata non debba diventare una pantomima pubblica. Non professionali è dir poco! Sconsigliatissimo. Specie per il modo beffardo di sfida col quale non ci dovrebbe rivolgere in primis ad una donna e in generale a un chiunque estraneo, testuale: "beh, fammi anche la recensione negativa che ti do il nome".

N.B. alla mia età non faccio "recensioni per dispetto" ma per certificare il malomodo riservatomi dal vostro dipendente il quale più volte con arroganza mi ha ripetuto: "fammi la recensione che ti do pure il nome!" (come avevo in precedenza già sottolineato, ebbene credo così di averlo accontentato). A questo punto metterei i puntini sulle "i", non ci è stato "offerto" di entrare ma con sufficienza ci è stato detto: "entra tu e la tua amica se proprio ci tieni", questo dopo la mia rimostranza verso il vostro mancato rispetto della prenotazione a mio nome; ma se voi usciste in gruppo lascereste fuori un vostro amico?? Inoltre, le persone non alzano la voce senza motivo, la settimana precedente ho assistito al disguido in questione che è avvenuto perché il vostro dipendente sempre con termini scortesi ci stava cacciando dal locale dicendo che eravate in chiusura, alché il mio amico poiché stava ancora finendo di bere ha fatto notare che al bancone c'era ancora gente, forse lo avrà detto con toni poco consoni, però ha semplicemente appurato un fatto ed Edoardo gli ha risposto testuale: "loro possono restare perché sono amici miei, tu hai pagato. Ora vattene!" Se non siete in grado di gestire le persone che vi fanno un appunto negativo rispondendo loro in modo piccato, non si denota la pochezza di chi vi definisce bensì la vostra. I love a good speakeasy and this one did not disappoint. My mom and I ended up here after having dinner at the restaurant that is attached to it. We were late walk ins and they let us have dinner in the speakeasy given that we were finished by 9:30. We finished early and as I was seeing the staff set up I was very intrigued. I asked if we were able to stay and have drinks when the speakeasy opened up and they very graciously allowed us. The drinks were well crafted and clearly there was a lot of thought put into the creation of each one. The bartenders took special care creaking each drink. There were not run of the mill cocktails they were pure mixology. The atmosphere was very nice and kind of a dark academia, which I loved.
