My family had the opportunity to eat here recently and were very impressed by the quantity and quality of the food. Prices are very reasonable as well. We enjoyed a dish of suppli and it was delicious, all tasting fresh and crisp. Our pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and there is nothing like homemade pasta. The Carbonara was the dish you can recall and dream of, just perfection. The Cacio and Pepe and Bolognese did not disappoint. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we found ourselves eating here more than once, also trying the other location during our stay in Rome (it is close to Castel S. Angelo). Do seek out this restaurant and plan a visit here if you are in the Center of Rome as it is very close to major attractions, it is unassuming and you can easily walk past it, but you will enjoy a true Italian pasta dish here. Firstly the 15.5 EUR deal was good value (which includes a simple pasta, water and dessert), secondly the place was very gluten free friendly (got separate gf menu) as my partner is coeliac. The pork cheek carbonara spaghetti was nice (first time it was a bit salty, second time was ok), but the tomato pasta equivalent was a bit plain. Some suggestions for improvement: the portion size was a bit inconsistent, and the pork cheek was a bit overcooked. But overall it was a pleasant...
