The best sushi restaurant I have been to lately. Honestly, I would return once more to Rome, just to eat here and go home. I didn't expect it to be so good and nice to be there. Initially I made a reservation for lunch, found out the price on the internet and said to give our taste buds a chance. Once we got there, we were picked up by a cute little lady who led us to our table. The tables are equipped with a tablet containing a thick menu of sushi, sashimi and other delicacies. The rule for all you can eat is that you can order as much as you want for 90 minutes, but drinks and desserts are not included, which obviously pay separately. I didn't let the time go by and placed an initial order of about 27 different portions of the menu. And very quickly, our food began to arrive. Everything is very fresh, delicious and very well arranged on the plate. One by one, the plates are still arriving, and the empty ones are discarded. Crazy! Unflavored tastes and combinations, this is the first time I eat strawberry sushi on top. Surprisingly it was very good, so I ordered the second time, and then I chose from the list all kinds of things I skipped the first time. I love sushi and I never thought I would get full of sushi, but here I put my lid. Everything was superb, the place is very pleasant and well arranged, the service is very good and the food very fresh. I definitely recommend you go and convince yourself! Don't forget to make a reservation! Keep...

I'll start with the positives; service of food is fast, plating is moderately aesthetically pleasing, and decor is a nice modern fusion vibe. Not authentic Japanese cuisine, but you shouldn't expect that based on a review of the menu. It plays on fusion.
Negative; The quality of the fish is low, but should be expected out of an all you can eat, which we unfortunately didnt know it was until we already were seated. The hostess is extremely snoody as well as some other staff members, so it left my partner and I confused and dismayed with our experience. We didn't understand why they were so unkind... We are both very kind and have good etiquette by any standard, so we know it was not us that caused this experience. Judging by other reviews, we are not the only ones to feel this way. By the time we had a meal here, we had already spent 2 weeks all over Italy with a wonderful experience everywhere else, so this also can be discounted as an "us" or foreigner-to-local issue. While we do not speak fluent Italian, we do speak enough to have manners and to be polite guests.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend for a good dining experience....
Read moreThe food was really weird and not very good at all. I wouldn’t call this Japanese nor Chinese. This is some bastardized fusion that doesn’t even belong in the mind of whatever “chef” (and I use that term lightly) that developed it. The hostess wasn’t very nice, very stuck up and rude. But I overlooked that since I love food. But this food was awful. We ordered many of the dishes and maybe only 3 of them would pass as edible.
To be clear let me sum this up with a description of one of the most vile flavor combinations they thought would make sense to serve: a salmon tiradito with a hard piece of dark chocolate and a mint leaf on top of each strip. 🤢
Yeah this place should be closed down immediately and they should be banned from mentioning anything about Japanese cuisine in its description as that would be an insult to real Japanese food.
Only someone with 0 culinary experience would consider this food edible. I do not recommend any human...
