Giuseppe prepares Tapas and (homemade) focaccias with mostly Regional ingredients (the BEST SALCICCIA EVER comes from his home village and is a recipe from his mother).
He is a very friendly and attentive host and - good for tourists- speaks english and spanish.
We were 5 collegues and were not so Sure what to order, so He suggested to prepare a Mix of his favorite focaccias and Tapas and to share everything.
My favorite was a tapa made with cream cheese and mushrooms and the focaccias with the already mentioned salciccia, but all the others were also very good.
Due to an Italian law, Giuseppe is only allowed to use plastic cups and plates (as it is Not a Restaurant or Bar, but only a "street food" take-away) , but we asked him to just reuse the plastic plates for us again and again for our Orders.
To finish our delicious meal we tried the creamy Tiramisu and had a really tasty Pistaccio liqueur.
We had a fantastic meal with great ingredients made with love in a nice atmosphere.
The price was very good, too, so close to campo fiori in a very touristik corner we (5 Person) had several (minimum 5)focaccias and 4 or 5 Tapas, 5 alcoholic and 2 non-alcoholic refreshments and 4 Tiramisú and paid around 15€ each.

Read moreA most delicious focaccia sandwich with impeccable service. The owner (who opened the place 21 years ago) was a fantastic host. He was very polite, attentive and friendly. His English was fantastic. There was a lovely range of panini's and focaccias and tapas. We chose the focaccia as another customer said that the owner hand makes the focaccia bread. I had the meatball focaccia with spicy pecorino cheese, sweet peppers and rocket. It was delicious! My husband had the sausage, cheese, tomato and rocket panini which was yummy too. The paninis were €8 each and well worth every euro! I drank a delicious Sicilian beer (€3) and my husband had the tasty sangria (€4). The atmosphere was so nice in there. Local Italians on their lunch break, other tourists like us and some Italians visiting Rome. We couldn't have been more welcome. Highly recommend this place. If we are in Rome again I'd most certainly come back and...
