Pizza, pasta and antipasti were all good though the Italians have the habit to put too much salt in their dishes and the pasta was very salty. The lady serving could benefit from a customer service course since paying 51 Euros with credit card was causing her some major challenges due to the 3% credit card fee charged to her business. She said this is only happening in Italy and we all know that paying cash in the restaurant industry is unfortunately opening the door to tax evasion and money laundering. It turns out I'm not too big a fan of how al dente Rome cooks it's pasta and I thought the flavor was ok, but my husband loved his dish and mine when he tasted it. It was Christmas so they were closed, but I can tell you it's the most authentic italian restaurant, with an amazing food made by the most italian looking like old man I have ever seen and his wife.
