Pacifico Roma rises above any expectations. It's a direct spin off of fashionable Pacifico in Milan (if you've been there you're going to love it even more). It's perfectly located: 1 min walking from piazza del popolo. The restaurant is beautiful: you have inside tables and outside tables by the pool in a private inner courtyard garden. It's stylish with a fresh decor. It's perfect for a date or to come by with a group of friends. It has amazing cocktails and outstanding Peruvian fusion dishes impossible to find elsewhere in Rome. I have been there for dinner and partied at Rasputine afterwards: the perfect night! Definitely in my top 3 in Rome.
Make sure to check the pool outside, drink the home made pisco sour, try the tres leches cake and any kind of raw fish! They also serve a non-alchoolic drink called "Holy", which is like the best healthy drink I have tried.
