Well how to start, i was in Naples yesterday and when i found this restaurant on google maps i was happy that i can have a Napolian Pizza in rome, so i went there, we spoke with him in english ( and he knews that we are tourists, not italians) we sat on the table the waiter told us to sit on, then he didnt approach us at all, he kept moving between other tables taking their orders, opening their drinks, and i looked him in the eyes, called him , he just look at me and ignore.

I then asked him please to give the menu he said again to wait ? Really! He was smiling laughing with all local Italians on other tables, so we decided to leave , then he approached us i told him we are leaving he just said ok and tried to prepare the table without any word. I told him what you did is not respectful and this is rode, you should at least approached us in the line we sat on tables! Not taking orders from people who came after us and just ignoring us

He told who said i have to get the orders like that ?

This is the worst rode attitude i have ever seen in my life in any restaurant and for sure i will never recommend it to any...

I can't rate it 0 star because 1 is the lowest. The waiter (a mid-age asia man) ignored us to order, and he pretended that he didn't hear us. after we ordered the food and water, we were waiting over 10 mins for the water. The mid-age asia man kept ignoring us, and we saw him was very pleased to serve the new customers next to us who were two young ladies. Those young ladies even got their water foods faster than us. finally we got our water and order which was a 'beef hamburger' but it was just beef without burger and it was not hot enough, I've never seen 'hamburger' like this in my life. The vegetables along were disgusting too. We haven't got other food - a pizza that we have been waiting for 20mins, so we requested to cancel it. The other waiter served the pizza immediately and asked me to take it away or not. we clearly request to cancel. I don't know how the restaurant is operating by these staff. unbelievable and disgusting restaurant. just...

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The middle-aged Asian man who served us completely ignored us when we tried to order. He was rude, didn’t offer any assistance with the menu, and didn’t even acknowledge us once we placed our order. We waited over 25 minutes. To make matters worse, our order arrived without the salad we ordered. When I asked another server about it, the rude man came over and tried to blame us, saying we didn’t confirm the salad. However, he never repeated our order to ensure everything was right in the first place. His attitude was awful—no smile, no apology, just a cold, dismissive "poker face" the entire time. He clearly couldn’t care less about providing good service.

I would never come back here. Absolutely...
