TreCaffè - Monte d'Oro — Restaurant in Rome

I came in for a rapid late lunch. There was not to much choice in this particular moment, but I enjoyed the smoked salmon with fresh vegetables - very healthy for a reasonable price. The staff provides a fluent service. There is a nice atmosphere :) What made my visit remarkable is that I forgot my backpack, with all my expensive electronics inside (laptop, tablet,…) and books. I only noticed when I got home and called them. They had already spotted my backpack and brought it to a safe space in the back. I was able to collect it before closing time. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thanks a million for being reliable and trustworthy, next to having created a very nice spot in town. Happy to have discovered Caffè...

Very nice sandwich with salmon, cheese and rocket 😋 I asked it to be toasted so it was nice and crunchy. The coffee was a latte, often I ask it to be lactose free but here in Italy seems to be a challenge to get this across, so I drunk it with normal milk 🫣. Anyway it was strong in the coffee taste but really enjoyable.

The cafe is located at the end of a small driveway, which makes it so special because it’s nice and cozy inside. It has seating available, 3 large tables as per the pic.

Such a hidden treasure in the middle of Roma. Just across market and this place saved me to fix my coffee addiction and to put me back to walk much more. Coffee was delicious and place is very small but clean and nice. People who ar3 working here are so nice, and very helpful with coffee choices. Try their cookies, you will not regret it....
