Bad experience. Service is non existing, the person welcoming you is the same that will prepare your food. One another waitress was here, who looks like she really does not want to be here. I ordered a Greek salad and received something completely different (see photo). At first, I was told it was actually a Greek salad for a few minutes — but I’m not naïve, it clearly wasn’t. All of the ingredient listed in the menu for this salad were absent. Then came the second excuse: the actual ingredients weren’t available. That’s fine — but the least you can do is inform the customer and let them decide whether they still want the dish or would prefer something else. I eventually got a Margherita pizza instead, but not without feeling like I was being too demanding. Here’s a simple piece of advice: when a customer places an order, be transparent. And if there’s a mistake, don’t make them feel at fault.
No commercial gesture was offered, and the overall service felt dismissive. Even the tiramisu was underwhelming. I’m not a complicated person, but they made me debating about something that could have been simple. I won’t...

The english speaking staff took such great care of us even when the place was packed and busy. The coffee is simply the best we have ever had, and we make some amazing coffee in Australia.
Furthermore, Grecco Enjoy served up some of the best bread, pizza, and pastries we enjoyed in Rome. All available for takeaway. They also have a great range for aperitif and tasting plates.

Our last night in Rome involved several cocktails served by the man Marco himself (you can't miss him, he is immaculately dressed and speaks excellent english). It might confuse you that they don't have a menu, but Marco will simply smile confidently and whip up anything you could possibly want after enquiring what base you want (vodka, prosecco, whisky, etc) and what taste you are after (sweet, sour, fruity, etc).
If you are in that part of Rome, do yourself a favour...
