Bar Arc'OR — Restaurant in Trieste

We ordered 3 moscow mules which are made of vodka, ginger, ginger beer and mint. I got vodka with a drip of ginger beer and my two friends got vodka with half a glass of ginger beer. Mine was undrinkable and when I complained the 3 drinks tasted totally different the waiter/owner? said he does not know what I mean and just brought me an opened ginger beer that I can pour in if I don’t like the drink now.

Place is beautiful, the coffee was good. Spumous, good taste and flavour.

The bad part for me is the most important: they don't made me to feel comfortable. Too serious. Hardly give me the wifi key, that don't worked, but I wasn't able to ask again... Feel like he (the boss) didn't like us.

Finally I paid 2'50€ for a latte machiatto con latte di soia! Too much. Ah, they don't have...

Una scoperta !! Tra i tanti bar di Trieste sopratutto in zona Cavana e sulle rive , questo mi ha colpito sia per la posizione , che per l’arredamento dell’ambiente che per il servizio . L’arredamento per quanto minimalista , con elementi pre industriali/moderni è incastonato dentro a mura di pietra tra il rustico ed il moderno ,regalandoti un caldo abbraccio appena entri . Un equilibrio assai perfetto tra il rustico della pietra delle mura del locale , la modernità data dal bancone, mobili, sedie e paralumi , senza dimenticarsi dei “DRINKS”. Il servizio lo promuovo a pieni voti , con il Barista che sà consigliarti al meglio nella scelta del drink oltre che nel farlo , cosa molto “RARA” di questi tempi .
