We made a booking online just 30 minutes before, even though the whole place was packed. It seems that they already reserved the only table there for us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The air in the entire place is filled with happiness! Then, we wanted something particularly light, Chiara, with her pretty and sincere smile, was more than happy to present the most suitable options for our needs- we went for something off-menu, a plain margarita plus a Burrata on top. That was insanely pure, fresh and hearty. Crust was even so fluffy and crispy that my 90 year old grandma could enjoy! That Chili oil is also something to die for. Perfect for a hot day, and also, the best way to “test” a pizzerias’ craft. I saw them having what it seems to be the most perfect espresso shot, with half a shot consists of pure heavenly crema from the bean. Thus, I think their name should be Pizzium + Cafe. So next afternoon, we will be having an espresso with cakes.
