I thought that food will be good considering the overpriced menu of the restaurant. I genuinely enjoy eating good food outside as I like to discover the variety offered by different restaurant in the city. Honestly I will not pay even 1/4th of the price of the food they have served. I saw a couple of Italians here enjoying their meal but I wonder they have been fooled as they haven't really tasted the REAL Indian food. The staff behavior and service is decent and I have to appreciate their efforts. But I believe the restaurant is trying to pull out large profits on limited resources. I was upset with the taste but I am glad to have been served hot food which is very rare in Italy. I believe most of the Indian restaurants are having similar sort of taste. I have lived over 6 cities and been to more than 15 cities in India, I have never experienced such quality of food with such overpriced rates. I am usually a food critic and have always been the preferred person in a group when it comes to placing order at restaurants. I believe restaurant should focus on limited cuisines and serve the best rather trying to pull up everything...
Read moreWe had a lot of enthusiasm to come here. But n reality it was not a good choice to try something Indian and not good experience in general. First about food. From the beginning we ask for 2 spiced menus but 2 first dishes came not spiced at all. Their chicken for a starter was dry as paper and grilled prawns where burned, without any other taste. Secondly they forgot about one dish. When i ask for it, we had to wait 30 more minutes. You could not understand an order of the dishes coming. We had 2 different menús. There where not many clients inside but maybe one waiter is not enough to be attentive to all?! I can only write one compliment which is dessert. Carrot cake and mango cream had a very nice taste though presentación of them with spray cream was pitful. Plus for comfortable chairs. Thirdly: if you dont like loud Indian music, search somewhere else. My advice: you would be better off going...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this Indian restaurant. The servers were chaotic with orders, and the waiter behind the bar counter mocked one of our accents in a very contemptuous tone. Surprisingly, my first encounter with discrimination in Turin was as a customer at an Indian restaurant. The average bill is 20–30 euros; the food is OK, but I think you have lots of better options in Turin, and the service sucks!! When we finished, the owner used a very patronizing tone to ask me not to split the bill and pay with the same card because he has to pay higher commission fees. I paid for two of my friends with my card; We think it's easier for us to split and calculate the amount, and I believe customers have the right to decide how to pay. I will not go back anymore, and I will tell all of my...
