I had high expectations but it was average, the quality of food was "ok". Nothing extraordinary but also not bad. The Bone Marrow was a bit disappointing The mashed potatoes were really amazing We also had a "Controfilletto" steak, it was not the right cut for me but the taste was good. And the sausage was really good. The wine is mostly served by bottle, they have a few options in glass but the quality is good. The service, is attentive but what I really don't like is when my mouth is full and they come and ask me if they can take that "one" small plate on my table. I would understand if it happens once, but they did it everytime we finished a plate and it kind of felt like we have no privacy. We were a group of twelve people ending our trip with a dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it seemed the staff wasn’t quite used to handling such a large group – the service was disorganized, and we were served the wrong meat, which affected our overall experience.

However, our server Debrah was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make up for the issues and did everything she could to make our evening as pleasant as possible. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out. She exceeded our expectations and clearly has a genuine passion for her work.

Delicious food, perfectly cooked to my request of medium-rare. The concept of mixing a butcher's shop with a restaurant is great. Choose your meat and they cook it directly for you, on the spot. The by-the-glass 'local' wine is from Puglia and it is supposed to be served cold, even the red one. Much too cold for my frech-schooled palate. I asked if I can have it less cold and they changed it although they were not too happy about it. It's delicious when at the right temperature but be advised.
