29 jun 2023 Update: We were pleasantly surprised when Gaia remembered our regular order. Complimenti! Some weeks back when we came her male colleague whose name I can't recall, also remembered our request for water without us mentioning. The staff are brilliant :)

I have never seen such rude Starbucks employees. I couldn't see the friendly smile and service mindset of Starbucks in anywhere in the world, and you can feel the annoyance of the employees wrapped in fake kindness. The second floor condition is terrible. The toilet smelled and was very dirty. Abandoned cups on every table, cake crumbs and toilet paper on the floor. When we put our empty cups in the trash, the woman staff got annoyed and showed the irritated face to customers while she emptied the trash can. We will never come back here. They have to learn service mind and etiquette. It was the worst Starbucks I've ever...

Starbucks quit famous around the world and as it is American coffeeshop I think guys must speak in English at least with costumers. I ordered by mistake because the guy who served me didn’t understand in English I tried to talk in Italian ( my Italian not good at all) instead of hot Americano I ordered by mistake cold( they couldn’t change) and it was disgusting.
