Three years of visiting Montepulciano and Tuscany. Perfect spot to get into the vibes and feeling of this marvelous, magical town. This is where we always start our visit to get into the mood. Splendid wine selection and the food? Carpaccio, cold cuts...we could go for seconds and thirds and so on. Service is sweet and helpful. Be a friendly guest, they deserve it :) We also wholeheartedly recommend the wine shop.

The bar itselfs is small but very nice! The Aperol it’s definitely a 10/10 but the beeftartare was horrible, I mean the meat was quality meat but the way they made it don’t know if it’s special there but it was more like pieces of meat, you can see it in the picture! Étant un grand amateur de tartare, je ne comprends pas comment il est possible de servir de la viande sans aucun assaisonnement… Pour les restaurateurs, ce n’est vraiment pas contre vous mais s’il vous plaît, faites quelque chose, ajoutez un peu d’assaisonnement… Ma copine a pris le carpaccio et l’a apprécié. Cependant, il n’y avait pas d’assaisonnement non plus… Encore un petit truc pour le service. Nous devions à chaque fois appelé le serveur pour qu’il vienne prendre les commandes car sinon, nous attendrions encore… C’est dommage car le concept est bien mais je pense qu’il y a encore des améliorations à faire. Ne lâchez rien 💪🏼
