The staff member, particularly one individual, displayed an appalling level of rudeness and discourtesy, directing uncalled-for remarks towards my wife in a manner so offensive it beggars belief.

It's a fundamental expectation that customer service should involve basic decency and respect, yet this concept appears to be utterly alien to the staff here. The egregious behavior was further compounded by an absurd attempt to exploit us financially, demanding an additional 20 euros simply because we chose to sit while our young children, aged 3 and 4, enjoyed their ice cream.

This experience has left us with a deep sense of frustration and disappointment. It's baffling how a business, especially one in the service industry, can be so oblivious to the essence of customer service. Extremely rude wait staff. Paid to sit at a table. Then was yelled at by male waiter 8 minutes into our mral to move so he could open the doors to the courtyard. He refused to wait for 2 min for us to hurriedly finish eating. We begged for 2 minutes to finish eating and he started telling at us to move to another table immediately even though we hadn't been sitting for more than 8 minutes. I muttered undery breath wow can't even have 2 f-ing minutes to finish our meal. Apparently je heard that and yelled the f-word to our face 4 times. Shameful. We paid to sit and were harrassed by an extremely rude waiter after a few minutes to move to another table mid-meal. So we got up to pay, guess he wasn't in a rush to open the courtyard doors because he was taking our bill and seating other people. Just wanted to treat us badly. Never jave come acroos such rude, hostile, rageful waiter. Even 20 years in NYC, never came across such a psycho waiter. Avoid. All it takes is one bad experience to ruin a trip to Murano. This place will guarantee you a bad...

I have no words other than incredible. We came on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Everyone we spoke with were friendly and helpful. I had the margarita pizza and it was lovely (I don’t really like fish in any form so not a place I would have gone to) the pizza was so tasty and had a lovely flavour. Nice crisp bottom but not too much you couldn’t cut it. My partner had pasta with prawns and he says it was fantastic with perfect pasta. We also got a plate of calamari. This was risky as I say I’m not a huge fan of anything fish but oh my gawd…. It was the best calamari I have ever had. It does come with some rings and some with the tentacles (I only had the rings) but it was so fresh it had no fishy taste or smell, it wasn’t rubbery and the overall taste was really fresh and nice. I couldn’t get enough. I only shared the tentacle parts, my partner had those 😆. We could not fault anything. And the fact I enjoyed it as much as I did was a pure bonus.
