This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was appalling, and the waiter was unbelievably rude and racist. We were made to wait unnecessarily, and when we tried to order, she bluntly told us that we could only order certain items or leave and go to another restaurant. It was clear she had no interest in serving us and was incredibly disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money – there are far better Italian restaurants where you’ll actually be treated...

Lovely little restaurant with sidewalk seating alongside a picturesque canal on the island of Murano in Venice.

Although we were a group of 4 women with difficulty deciding & asked a lot of questions, our waiter, “Ben Kingsley”, was very patient & provided excellent suggestions & service.

We were all very pleased with our lunch choices & enjoyed the beautiful view of the canal, bridges, & charming storefront’s lining both sides...

Some of the tourists are experiencing a cultural shock. They are bot used to the fast service and the rough but professional way of the waiters. They are amazing and I love it. The food was good and the service top. The tiramisu should have rested a little bit longer before it was served. But it shows that they are making it fresh which is a big plus.
