The food was amazing, high quality, an okay price. They had lot of options to choose from. The atmosfere was also really nice, i loved it so much. The service, not so much. Only problem we had was that the waiters didnt speak good english so a lot of misunderstanding happened.

When we came inside i told the waiter if we can get table for 3 people and showed it on my fingers as well. I guess she didn’t understand what I said and I asked if we have reservation which I said no. Then she left(The restaurant was rlly busy so I understand that) and didnt talk to us at all even tho we were still standing there. Then after us 3 different people came, also speaking english without reservation. She showed them the table right away even though we were there before them. It really felt like we were ignored just because she didnt understand what I was saying, I wish the waiter would ask me again if she didnt understand, I’m not gonna bite them. Yeah so then we waited, while the waiter talked to other people, lot of them didnt have reservation too and waited with us. Eventually she wrote our name down and how many people and we waited again.(Which is completely okay because they are very busy, im bringing this up because she wrote our names after few people that came after us and she also spoke italian to us even tho we spoke english but I guess that sometimes i talk fast and I have little accent so they are not used to itšŸ˜…, still they should have asked me what I said)

Anyway, we managed to get seated and the waiter spoke english but with heavy italian accent. She asked us smth and I didnt hear it well so I said ā€˜its our first timw here’ thinking she asked us if we know how it works. Then she asked smth again and all I heard was ā€˜Carta’ so I thought shes asking us if we’ll pay by card so I said yes, so she put ā€˜Alla carta’ menu there. We were looking foward to ā€˜all u can eat’ but got separate menu that was much more expensive. We were too shy to ask about it later on because we thought that the all u can eat is a scam, but later found out its not, we just had wrong menu. So i’m very sad that all this misunderstanding happened just because of the language barrier.

I will sadly not visit again because of all this but I still reccommend this restaurant a lot of u want good food and nice atmosfere. They will also give u fortune cookie before u leave so thats niceā˜ŗļø. Just be prepared for the language barrier if You’re not from English speaking countries. Also dont forget reservation too so u dont wait for long, because this place...

The main courses featured a variety of stir-fried vegetables, savory meat and seafood options, and aromatic rice and noodle dishes. Wonderfully surprised at how a team of Chinese staff serve Japanese cuisine so well! I didn’t try any of the Chinese dishes but the sushi I had were all served so beautifully. Definitely exceeded my expectations of a buffet. Each dish is prepared carefully with skill and continues to be so despite the insane crowd at lunch time on Labour Day. Drinks and dessert aren’t included but I personally found the drinks to be acceptably priced for the affordability of the buffet. Some crowd control has to be done to allow better service though. Guest are seated as long as there’s vacancy and the staff are struggling to keep up with the mountain of orders, causing missed orders and hungry diners.. During my time there, I witness 3 groups leave from not being able to take the wait and a group of teenagers that jokingly snatched every dish they came to show their hunger. Despite the hustle, I’ll like to commend servers Amy and Serena for being able to stay professional and maintain great service standards! My queries were always tended to no matter how crowded it got and plates continued to be cleared efficiently. However, during payment, there seemed to be some issue with their card reader. When my server consulted her boss, he brushed it off saying the issue is with my card to which I have never experienced any issue with before. When approached again, he came over to me and told me rather rudely that the issue is with my card and prove is that the transaction on the machine is denied. He did not offer any alternative or assistance but instead just blamed me and went off. The service staff were able to solve this issue as we eventually found out the card reader was faulty and I successfully paid with the same card. Imo any bad reviews you read is probably a result of a poor management team. TL;DR Food 10/10 Service...

During my recent visit to Venice, I decided to dine at Fusjon, a Japanese restaurant that caught my eye. The ambiance was elegant, with a calming atmosphere perfect for enjoying sushi. I ordered a few dishes, starting with salmon sushi, which was fresh, beautifully presented, and had a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The presentation on the unique plate made the dish visually appealing, complementing the flavors well. Next, I had a crispy tempura, which was light and flavorful, drizzled with a delightful sauce that enhanced the crunch. The final dish was a hand roll filled with salmon and avocado, which was equally satisfying. Since it was all you can eat for about 25 euros I also ordered sashimi and a place of fries. you will have to pay extra for any of the meal that you can't finish so make sure that you're confident that you have the stomach for what you order. you can just order in pieces using the tablet at each table. I wished more restaurants did this since otnade it very easy to order and pay for the meal. The quality of the fish was excellent, and the service was attentive and polite, with staff making sure I had everything I needed. The prices were reasonable for the quality and the location in Venice, as reflected in my final bill of €25.40, which included a drink and my meal. Overall, Fusjon is a great spot for anyone looking for fresh, high-quality sushi in Venice. The fusion of flavors and the attention to detail in the presentation make this a must-visit for sushi lovers.
