Great hotel, very clean, room was a good size and the bathroom in the superior room was more spacious than I expected, more like a wet room, which was great! The room was nicely decorated with high beam ceilings, the only criticism would be there was no mirror in the bedroom, only ones in the bathroom. The room was spotless and the free juice, water and yoghurts in the fridge were great! The location was very central, less than 5 mins walk to San Marco Plaza and about 5 mins from Rialto. The street the hotel was on was quiet, although being at the front of the hotel you could hear some noise from people coming and going at night/in the early morning and the bells of the Saint Mark’s Tower ringing, but nothing major or stopped me from getting a good nights sleep. The bed was very comfy! Although there was no breakfast served by the hotel the little cafe that adjoined the hotel did lovely croissants, cakes and amazing coffee which was perfect for breakfast. The 15% off discount for hotel guests was a nice touch too! The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and polite and the reception was staffed 24hrs. Overall this was a great hotel, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in Venice and wanting to be near to all the main attractions. It definitely feels more like a 4 star hotel and I’d happily...

Hello! As a frequent customer of Rosa Salva in Venice, I can say without hesitation that this bakery is a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates delicious pastries and excellent coffee.

The first thing that strikes you upon entering Rosa Salva is the incredible aroma of freshly baked goods. The display case is filled with an impressive assortment of sweet treats, from delicate pastries to rich, indulgent cakes. My personal favorites include the delicate fruit tarts, the buttery croissants, and the decadent chocolate cakes.

But the pastry selection is just one of the reasons to visit Rosa Salva. The coffee is also outstanding, with a range of blends and brewing methods to suit every taste. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a frothy cappuccino, the skilled baristas at Rosa Salva will deliver a perfect cup every time.

Overall, I can't recommend this bakery highly enough. If you're in Venice, make sure to stop by and indulge in some of the best pastries and coffee the city has to offer. You won't be...

We stayed in one of the apartments at this hotel which was a perfect option for us. As many have said here the staff were fantastic from the welcome on our first day to helping us with any request we had in a very quick and friendly way. They all work hard and do an excellent job.||The apartment (one bedroom) was very spacious and well equipped. We were short of a couple of things (e.g. sharp knife for the kitchen, but this was sorted out instantly). It looked like the room was recently refurbished. It was very clean, modern and well equipped.||The hotel itself is in a great, central position giving easy access to the main sites like Saint Mark's, but also very easy walking access to most Venice districts and attractions.||There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the coffee shop is to die for. It is very popular with locals and tourists, but there is a dedicated seating area for hotel guests, and you also get a...

This charming eatery, ideally situated near San Marco Square, offers an inviting atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, or simply to enjoy a light appetizer, with particularly notable desserts. The focus on serving fresh, high-quality food, along with the establishment's commitment to friendly service, creates a welcoming dining experience. Although the prices are somewhat higher than the local average, the exceptional quality of the food and service provides ample compensation for the cost. Be aware that the venue can become crowded at peak times, and there have been instances of pricing discrepancies—for example, an Spritz costing €4.5 when the menu listed it at €3. To avoid any surprises, it's advisable to confirm prices before placing your order. Despite these minor concerns, the restaurant's prime location and the overall quality of the dining experience make it a highly recommended choice for visitors to the area.

At the pasticceria, part of our order was an apricot and a pistachio croissant. Each of these croissants had only a dab on top and no filling... first place that ever did this as all the other places had filling. Second, the croissants were not as fluffy as they should have been. Lastly, we paid with a 100€ bill and the cashier put the bill under the drawer where it appears they keep the big bills. She then pulls out change for a 50; we point out that we gave a 100 and she makes a remark that we're not patient since she still had to take a 50€ bill from under the drawer for our change. The point here is that she could have taken the 50€ bill when she put the 100€ bill there, so it appears that she was trying to pull a fast one.

The food here is great! Morning starts late at Italian time. If you arrive early in the morning, there will be no sandwiches only sweet breakfast. After 9.30/10 am, there comes sandwiches. Each sandwich is 2.1 euro (half sandwich) we got ham and egg, smoke salmon and prawn ones. The ham and egg one is our favourite! The service here is super efficient they fill out your tray while making coffees. Also there’s a custard thing in the photo, it’s our favourite! It’s so good! It could be a bit intimidating considering in a foreign country and chaotic. This is a must try place for breakfast
