The restaurant has a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere — we were seated at a spacious and pleasant table, which was a great start. However, our experience with the service was disappointing.

We ordered four drinks to share among six people, as not everyone in our group wanted an alcoholic beverage. The waiter took the order without saying anything. Shortly after, another staff member came over and, in a rather rude manner, informed us that each person was required to order a drink, especially since we were seated at a larger table.

We understand that minimum consumption policies may exist, but the way it was communicated lacked both clarity and courtesy. Faced with the inflexible attitude and unwillingness to find a solution, we decided to leave without ordering anything — it didn’t make sense to ask two people in our group to leave just to meet this rule. MADE ME SICK!!

I went here for a cappuccino. I ordered an almond milk cappuccino since I cannot have milk. I took one sip and realized it did not taste right at all. I asked again if it was almond milk and the waiter insisted. I asked to see the bottle and the waiter started ignoring me saying one moment one moment. He then walked away to whisper to his coworker, came back and said it was normal milk. EXTREMELY disappointing since when I placed the order I made it clear I cannot drink milk so can only have a cappuccino with plant milk and he secretly tried to give me real milk and pass it off as plant based to make a sale. Even the small sip I took made me sick and ruined...

Arrived hoping for a fine meal and we're overwhelmed with an extraordinary dining experience. Starting with the service, with Dalia the hostess, who is wonderfully friendly and escorted us to our table, and continuing with Giovanni, the restaurant manager and our server, and finishing with the bartender Frederico, who is very engaging and fun, we could not have had a better service experience. The food is second to none. We could go on and on, but the menu is thoughtfully crafted, and the kitchen delivers with both presentation and taste.
