Accidentally stumbled upon this seasonal cuisine restaurant serving fugu. All the dishes in the courses was okie, I only didnt like the fugu skin tossed with liver. A bit too fishy for my liking.

2024/9/24 「季節料理ちくでん」 別府北浜でリーズナブルにふぐを味わえる昭和41年創業の老舗日本料理店。 大分県別府市北浜1-6-1 キャッシュレス：クレジットカード・ユーザースキャンPayPay ホットペッパーグルメで「とらふぐコース」6,600円を予約して来店。 ふぐ皮肝和え・ふぐ刺し・ふぐ鍋・雑炊の構成で、来店時点ですでにセッティング済のため、すぐ食べられるのだが、ハエが数匹飛んでいて、セッティングしている料理にハエが止まっていたりと、衛生面で難あり。 さすがにハエが止まった部分は新しく変えてもらったが、常にハエが飛んでいる環境下で愉しく食事できるわけがないわけで…。 料理は、肉厚カットのふぐ刺しが特徴的で、もみじおろしを溶かしたポン酢と合わせて相当主張が強い味わい。 品数は少ないが各料理は量が多く、雑炊まで食べると相当な満腹感。

内装はかなり古めかつ普通の家のような感じ、ある種風情がある？ サービスは普通でしたが、そもそも料理はほとんど大皿に乗っているので飲み物くらいしか運んで頂いてないです。

肝心の料理は ふぐと牛肉は美味しかったですが、カニは殆ど身が入っておらずスカスカで色が明らかに新鮮ではなかったです。 一番致命的だったのはハモの骨切りが全然できておらず（身だけ切れていて骨はほぼそのまま）、食べようとしたときに骨が口の中に刺さりまくったことです。残念ながら値段相応とは...
