During my trip to Kitakyushu, I tried four ramen shops, and this one was the best. It was my first time having a ramen where I even drank the soup! There was an uncle who handled everything - taking orders, cooking the noodles, greeting customers, and introducing the menu. Apart from the beverages, there were only four items to eat: ramen, Ryukyu-style small plates (sashimi), Shirasu (しらす), and white rice.
