WARNING: Foreigners are not allowed to try the ice-cream, but Japanese are allowed.

Local japanese customers in front of us were allowed to try the different flavours before buying, but when time came for us to buy, we (Dutch, German, Hong Kong), were not allowed to try the different flavours. We were told "no trying". They probably wanted to avoid foreigners 'trying without buying' but that kind of discrimination is unacceptable anywhere on this planet.

Ice cream is of great quality, without complaints. Just the two shopkeepers'...

The women staff unwelcome my group maybe because we looked so Asian? Before she service us she looks happy and so nice to western customers but when we come inside 4 ppl. One of us wants to test the ice cream flavors but the staff was upset seem like she wants to refuse us but anyway she told us can try only 1 flavors!!! (Why??) So we decided to buy mixed flavors for 2 cups and go eat outside. One of us dropped the spoon and I wanted one more spoon to give my friend to try mine. But when i go back inside and ask staff "May i have spoon" in japanese politely she give me for 1 so I ask her again "one more please" she sighs Nd turn face to unwelcome and said no only one!!! Why????? Why do you have to be grudge just only a spoon!! Does it cost that much?? I been traveling around and first time to hear that the gelato store allowed customers to try only 1 flavors ice cream. It's nonsense!!!
