Amazing vegan set with fresh mushrooms, a variety of tofu and green veggies. It was not on the menu but they offer it when you say you do not want to have meat. It is also possible to select single ingredients for the hotpot and mix yourself. Really delicious sauces (not sure though whether they are all free of fish sauce). The staff was super friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place for great vegetarian an vegan food. The meal on the picture consists of two vegan sets (3.000 yen each) and we were more than...

We had a wonderful experience at Nishida Hotpot. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English quite well, which made ordering a breeze. The presence of an English menu, and the option to order via qr-code helped with this as well. They explained the hotpot cooking process, including recommended cooking times. The food was not only delicious but also offered a great variety in one of there three menu's (you can order additional vegetables, fish and meat). The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The ambiance at Nishida's Hotpot is warm and inviting, staff are super friendly and attentive.

The broths at Nishida's are rich and savory, providing an excellent base for the hotpot. The meats are tender and the veggies are fresh, with a chinese twist on the dipping sauces and side dishes.

Nishida's Hotpot is a great choice for anyone looking for a hotpot at Beppu, particularly with babies. There is a paid car park outside...

A nice cosy restaurant with limited capacity. But the food quality is very good. It comes with 3 dipping sauces. Ordered the large set which comes with beef, beef tongue, lamb and chicken with vegetables/mushrooms. Also ordered additional ramen and tofu which went well with the hotpot. Service staff is friendly and helpful. There are more traditional seating ie sitting on the floor than the normal table and chair sitting.
