Food was definitely 5 out of 5. We are following HP con measures so sat outside. Seats were very low to reach the table but not a huge deal. The bowls are huge with a lot of food. I could not finish it. We asked for a to-go box. They brought us a tiny flimsy plastic container. Really wish they would’ve just said finish it or leave it because attempting to take it home in this was silly. It was dripping everywhere when I walked inside asking for help I was just stared at for a bit. I asked for another container and they brought me suran wrap. The entire time they seemed very annoyed with me. I suppose they don’t do to go orders of any kind. When I picked it up it was spilling everywhere. Absolutely no one attempted to help in any way, give me another bag or offer another container. So while the food is delicious customer service is seriously lacking. I don’t expect anyone to treat me like royalty but a smidge of empathy at me walking around with a container dripping everywhere to the point they needed a mop would’ve been nice. I can honestly say I’ve never had an experience like this anywhere else. like this in Okinawa. I still tipped but if you don’t like Americans eating in your restaurant maybe don’t work in a place that’s literally called...

SERVICE: The crew were nice and accommodating they understand English. They'll explain how to order, as it is like in a sushi place wherein you have a tablet, but this one is in your hand not attached to any. They ensure you have it all before proceeding with whatever they do.
FOOD: We ordered the shrimp ramen and wagyu ramen. So, you will not find the wagyu ramen on English menu for some reason it is only available in Japanese menu. As we asked the staff to helps us to navigate on the Japanese menu and choose from there.
The serving was big, for me it's good for two people. The ramen comes with a set, it's either rice or drinks. But they will give you in advance a cold tea as your drink and can ask for water.
The food was fantastic and overwhelming at the same time. It's a nice experience and we would love to come back.
PLACE: It's definitely a good spot, as they have an outside dining which is applicable with current situation. Since they are in 3/2 floor I guess of the Depot Island building you'll be able to see some part of American Village...
Read moreThe ramen is nice and the broth is pretty good but I was disappointed with what I chose. I usually love spicy beef soups and other spicy ramens but I cannot recommend the spicy one here as it’s literally just a pot of chilly powder dumped on top of an otherwise decent bowl and it ruins it. You can taste too much powder, no depth to the spicyness, I wish I’d just chosen a normal one. I liked the one my wife had although the broth was a bit oily. To be fair to the shop, after I’d chosen and ordered mine from the paper menu, as the family was looking at the tablet, I did then notice on the tablet menu they have another new slightly different spicy one where you can choose your level of spicyness, perhaps that would’ve been better. One visit was...
