The setting is really cool and would be a cute date place. The setting is the only reason for 4 stars, if it was a basic restaurant setting it would be 2 or 3 stars.
Unfortunately like most restaurants in American village the cost is pressed on to the customer with high prices. ~¥2000 per meal. Bunch time is about ¥1000 and includes a drink which is not too bad. The lunch or dinner plates are exactly the same but double price. The dinner ones should only be maybe ¥1,500. It’s a bit weird when brunch and the regular menu over lap, you can order from either menu but one is twice as expensive without a drink. I had the French toast which looks really sweet, but it wasn’t. Which I appreciate them not being super sweet, but I didn’t really like the flavor as it was like a brûlée coating. Like non-sweet burnt caramel that was getting stuck in my teeth. I also had the coconut latte, which I would not recommend as the coconut flakes on the top were the only thing coconut about the drink.

Also the plate came with non-sweet whipped cream, which was a bit weird as her meal was basically a salad with bacon and toast. My daughter liked the fried chicken balls, and I thought they were...
Read moreThe service was great, as expected. We received our food fairly quickly but the restaurant was only a quarter full. I had a Hawaiian platter and my wife ordered a Loko Moko plate. The salad on both dishes was full of fresh ingredients. You also get a generous portion of avocado. The chicken, garlic shrimp, and garlic bread were delicious. I found the pork to be very dry but the flavor was there. My wife found the Loko Moko to be strong in flavor. The meat tasted old which is probably the reason for that. It was fairly disappointing considering it is one of their featured main dishes. Their garlic edamame side dish definitely outshined...
Read moreIf you're looking for some delicious pancakes and options these is the place to go. I had three (3) pancakes with bananas, carmel sauce and whipped creme on the side. Scrambled eggs with cheese which I didn't see on the menu (I'm glad I asked), mahi mahi fish sandwich topped with a fried egg. My choices were awesome, tasteful and presented well. The alcoholic beverages weren't that good. I had a beer instead. I highly recommend eating here while in Okinawa American...
