The pizza is very good. We got the pepperoni, the ham/pineapple and the vegan vegetable pizzas and they were all very good! They were a little on the greasy side, but I don't mind that in a pizza.
As for customer service, it is amazing! I called my order in and then when I showed up to pick it up, they said the oven broke right after I called. The owner personally spoke with me and apologized profusely. He also gave me the other food I ordered for free and said I can come back when the oven was working and get my 3 pizzas for free as well! I gave them my number and they called me about 2 hours later and said that the oven was fixed and asked if I still wanted my pizza which I did. It was all still free and they were still very apologetic. I made sure to drop something close to what I would have paid in the tip jar to show my appreciation.
Good restaurant and amazing...

I had the meatlover's pizza, and it was pure, unadulturated greasy bliss. Most importantly, the've got the crust dialed in, which is where most pizza joints fall short. Even the edges taste good with no toppings. As previous reviewers have stated, it is not cheap, but sometimes you just have to pay more if you want quality. In Japan, I never expect to find quality Western food for cheap. My 10" pie was around $22 and a nice IPA craft beer...
