We went there at 11:50am ...I was the only one at the cash counter and stood in front of the cash for over 5minutes until someone came to take my order. It wasnt busy there was 2 employee, one of them was in charge of the kitchen and the other takes order and scoop gelato. She only came to take my order after scooping 3 different orders. Logically, you shouldnt let your customer to wait so long or you can at least greet me and ask me to wait because you are busy. The employee attitude is “get out, leave me alone and don’t come back” , this is something I never saw in Japan so far , I lived 5 years in Japan . I asked the counter girl to come near the ice cream fridge to explain some flavours , she frowned at me and made me sign come here , like a boss and I was the employee. Not recommended at all. 4 employees are always chatting in the backyard and when customer comes in they all came out laughing. Their attitues are so amateur and although I believe they have no bad intention their behaviors give only bad impression. The store is dark and the atmosphere is not good. I ate gelato and it was not good at all. I strongly recommend the store manager or the owner to observe and make improvement ASAP before it...
