Avoid. The service is per Japanese standard (i.e. courteous and polite). The food however was very poor.
We ordered a katsudon, oyakodon and one of each ramen (gomoku and chashu).
The katsudon (pork) was precooked to an oblivion and then further toughened when recooked in the sauce with egg before being topped with rice. The crumb was soggy and separated from the meat and the meat itself was so tough and gross. Was very unpleasant.
The oyakodon was a similar story - had lots of chicken skin and fat in it as well - cheap cuts of what is already a cheap meat.
The ramen soup base was just too salty and the meat a similar situation as the katsudon.
