(Recent) Picked the signature noodle and guess what, watery soup with weak and plain taste, and noodle are slightly soften. Taste like normal noodle hawker (屋台) that just aim to get full than taste. I can't even finish it and drag my wife out right away. Experience of 2yrs before were all gone. What the hell is going on? Definitely avoid it.
(2yrs ago) Good and tasty concentrated chickens broth as the soup base with chewy noodle. Not as salty as usual Kyushu style ramen, but come with strong flavour and umami. Their fried rice is another shop signature. Nice taste and you feel the intensity of wok frying flavour that usually appeared in cantonese fried rice only....
