Rating 4.5 Here you can enjoy genuine hard bread. Usually, about 7-10 different types of bread are available for purchase. Most of the breads are made from whole wheat and rye. Wheat is grown in Fujisawa. Most of these breads are available by the slice. In fact, they are purchased by the gram. My favorites are the Sesame and Cumin bread and Borodinskij Rye Bread These breads can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, etc., but I recommend them with extra virgin oil or cream cheese, as a snack with a glass of wine. The shop also offers healthy lunch plates. The bread is also used for that. The lunch menu may change weekly. I also recommend the coffee brewed by the owner here, as it is excellent. You should choose flannel drip over paper drip. Flannel drip is more expensive, but well worth it. Anyway, this place is so unique and time passes so slowly, just like the personality of the owner. Enjoy. ----- Definition of Rating: 5.0 A restaurant you should go to at all costs, no matter what 4.5 Restaurant you would recommend to others if you went, restaurant you would want to be a regular at 4.0 Restaurant that you will be quite satisfied with and will definitely return to 3.5 Restaurant that you are glad you went to and would probably go back to 3.0 Restaurant that you would not consider a mistake if you went 2.5 A restaurant that you could go to, but would be subtle 2.0 Not recommended 1.0 Restaurant that I would definitely not recommend going to

For me, perhaps the best bread outside of Germany. It's what you would call 'Bauernbrot' in German โ€” rustic types of bread. So, hearty and flavorful. They also offer sweet pastries, though we didnโ€™t try those. Everyone was extremely friendly, and we even had a little chat with the baker who was โ€” rightly so โ€” full of pride. The communication was in English and with a bit of gesturing, but it was warm and welcoming. Vielen Dank

Here you can enjoy genuine hard bread.

Enjoy. Definition of Rating: 5.0 A restaurant you should go to at all costs, no matter what 4.5 Restaurant you would recommend to others if you went, restaurant you would want to be a regular at 4.0 Restaurant that you will be quite satisfied with and will definitely return to 3.5 Restaurant that you are glad you went to and would probably go back to 3.0 Restaurant that you would not consider a mistake if you went 2.5 A restaurant that you could go to, but would be subtle 2.0 Not recommended 1.0 Restaurant that I would definitely not...

The communication was in English and with a bit of gesturing, but it was warm and...
