A hidden gem! This restaurant was so amazing, we went there two nights in a row. It is one of our favorite places in our trip through Japan!

今回、初めて大事な方との会食でお伺いしました。 直前の予約であったにも拘らず、個室をご用意頂けたので、周囲に気を使うことなく、楽しいひとときを過ごすことが出来ました。 お料理もどれも洗練されたもので、とても美味しかったです。 おすすめメニューは、仕入れなどに合わせて都度内容を変更されておられる様で、ゲストを飽きさせない心遣いが感じられました。 私のイチオシはオススメメニューにあった、鰆?と茄子の揚げ出しと、レギュラーメニューにあったイカの一夜干し炉端焼きです。 揚げ出しの方は魚の旨味がギュッと凝縮されて、思わずウマっ！と、叫んでしまいましたw イカの一夜干しは想像を超えて、旨味と香ばしさを感じ、何より焼いたイカがこんなに柔らかいなんて！

私にとって一番大事だったのは、喧騒から離れる事でした。 川越は繁華街ということもあり、飲食店の多くは賑わっておりますが、こちらのお店は落ち着いた雰囲気で、かつ個室もご用意頂けたので、大切な方との会話もゆっくり楽しめました。
