Our favorite was the hen chicken, but it’s likely an acquired taste (it’s chewy and quite fatty). The chicken is perfectly grilled, and the charcoal flavor is delicious. Sold in sets of 5 sticks (around 400-500yen per set), it takes about 3-4 sets of sticks per person to fill up. Also comes with multiple sauces, with the recommended sauce shown in the menu. Everyone works in sync with each other and the food is a reflection of such great teamwork/quality.
