Who gets 4.9 on Google? People get that insanely high review for a reason - I would give this bar 6 stars if possible. I did a lot of research of whisky bars before choosing this one because there are so many them in the area and I don’t want to get ripped off. I really wanted to try rare ones like Yamazaki 18, Hakushu 18, Hibiki 17 and 21 but many places charge so much for these.
I was so lucky finding this bar - Very very awesome place by a passionate owner who knows a lot about whiskies and enjoys serving his customers with great whiskies. The price is not only fair but the best I could find. I was able to try all of the rare ones and interesting Japanese whiskies with very good price and great chats with the owner (yes his English is very good as others have mentioned). It is so good so I went back again the 2nd night even though I had to take subways for like 40 min one way. I had my best whisky experiences here so - thank you very much.

Prices are fair. His homemade panna cotta is also delicious. Came back two nights in a row because there is so much to try.
Also has awesome cocktails made with fresh...

It was fascinating that our host gave each of us a small portion of a marvelous home-made panecotta to accompany our drinks. In Europe you usually receive something savoury with your drinks - olives, nuts, crisis etc - yet in savoury-mad Japan you get something wonderful and sweet. Go figure.
Not the easiest place to find and a relatively sparse, simple space (on the customer's side of the bar)....
