I think what’s unique about this place is that the owner is able to control the amount of caffeine in her coffee. Instead of ordering coffee by origin, you order by strength, with 4-5 levels. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it all, but I think it has something to do with the method she uses to make the coffee.
This was the last cafe I went to on a day of cafe hopping and this was to be my third cup, but I went for a strong coffee. (The current strongest level is “Very Strong.”) It seems both the Strong and Very Strong have more caffeine than your typical brew.
I think everyone reacts differently to caffeine, but I was surprised to find that this cup didn’t make me jittery. Perhaps it was a placebo effect, but I actually felt more focused and surprisingly level headed!
Regardless, it was a great cup of coffee and a pretty unique experience. Have it with oat milk if you don’t like it black! I also had the banana curry cake—definitely an acquired taste. Not really a dessert but quite literally the taste of curry and slight banana in a baked good. I hesitate to say it was good, personally, but I think it was...

To make things worse, I also tried the “banana spice cake” and it was very spicy indeed. Very unbalanced. So taste wise, this was quite an unpleasant experience. I didn’t like the music either which was suspenseful and not relaxing or anything. This was also expensive. 800 for a bad coffee and 500 for a bad cake is too much. Maybe if you like dark atmospheres and very strong and spicy things you will like this place, but this was unfortunately not the...

The staff is incredibly friendly and the communication was great. They have 5 options for your coffee beginning with relax up to super strong which has a lot of caffeine. They also offer Oat milk.
I ordered the relax coffee black and a Honey & Cheese tart where the honey is locally harvested. I usually order lattes and this is the first black coffee I think I’ve ever drank completely, it has a very smooth bitter taste and the honey & cheese tart was a lovely addition to the taste of the coffee.
The interior is no frills modern and very clean. With space to work, read or just muse and chat.
I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the service,...
