Absolutely one of the best bakeries I’ve ever visited! It was just a 10-minute walk from my hotel. Funny enough, I originally planned to try a different bakery, but it was closed—so I ended up here instead, and I’m so glad I did! I arrived about five minutes before they opened and was greeted with warm smiles from the bakers and staff as soon as the doors opened. I got there right at 8 AM, so the selection was incredible—so many fresh options to choose from. My absolute favorite was the cheese and bacon bread—crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside, and filled generously. Pure joy in every bite! The salt bread was decent, though nothing extraordinary. But the milk bread with milk cream? Wow. The chewy texture of the dough combined with the smooth, sweet cream was simply divine. I really wanted to try their cheesecake too—it looked amazing—but I was too full. Definitely saving that for next time!

When you want a real authentic bakery then its this place. The people there are reallyyyy kind even if they dont speak very well english. The kindness and energy is so great that it doesn’t matter at all. The stuff there is also very great too!

皆さんの評価が高いので自転車で訪問。 訪問時間が15時間際という事でほぼ売り切れておりました。 その中から塩パン、パンオショコラ、ラムあんぱん、ミルクコッペを購入。 パン屋の実力が分かるクロワッサンやバゲットが欲しかったですが、また次の機会に。 塩パンはバターの香りがほんのり、味も控えめです。パンの小麦の香りを感じるわけでもなく、また小麦の甘みを感じるわけでもなくパンの上部に岩塩が乗ってないと食べ進めるのがキツイです。 パンオショコラはクロワッサン生地の中にチョコチップを入れて焼き上げたモノ。 特にサクッとした食感があるわけでもなく、フニャフニャのクロワッサン生地の中に甘みが強いチョコが入っているだけ。 クロワッサン生地を使ったパンの定番ですが、特筆すべきモノ無し。 ミルクコッペは目の詰まったコッペパン生地に練乳で作った濃厚なミルククリームが真ん中に挟まっています。 ラムあんぱんは中に餡子がギッシリ。 ラムの香りが良いのと柑橘のピールが意外に餡子とマッチしてますね。 個人的なあたりはラムあんぱんでした。 親しみやすい値段で親しみやすいパンって路線では無いのに、値段の割にはややクオリティが、、と言った印象ですね。
