I was introduced by an acquaintance to a sushi restaurant in Kyoto that serves delicious sushi and outstanding sake, which offers excellent cost performance, making it a rare find. Intrigued, I decided to visit. The appetizers paired well with the sake, followed by orders of sashimi, rolls, and nigiri in that order. Small restaurant far from the craziness of the touristic places. There’s no English menu, but the sake sommelier speaks english and she tried to make everything so easy for us (改めて本当にありがとうございました ).
