Come for the ramen, stay for the gaslighting
An experience we won't forget anytime soon – sadly, for all the wrong reasons. We were two people, bought multiple tickets from the machine: two ramen, drinks, side dishes, extra meat. We handed all of them to the waitress, who even asked about our broth and noodle preferences. So far, so good – or so we thought.
Then the food came. Or rather: one ramen did. Mine. My girlfriend’s portion? Nowhere to be seen. After 10 minutes and a polite inquiry, we were told we had only ordered one. Interesting – since we handed over multiple tickets and were asked for two sets of preferences.
Apparently, they assumed I ordered one super-meaty ramen for myself, and my girlfriend just came along for a drink.
When we asked what went wrong, the waitress vaguely mentioned the ticket machine might’ve had a malfunction. Irrelevant, since we neither got the missing ramen nor a refund. The tickets had already been “thrown away,” so obviously nothing could be done. The implication? We were lying. No proof, no service.
So yes, we had to pay again to get what we had already ordered. What a lovely way to ruin a night.
The saddest part? The ramen was delicious. Which only adds insult to injury. If you’re capable of serving such excellent food, maybe make sure your service isn’t a chaotic mess. Or invest in a ticket system that prints receipts – it might be more competent than your...

It was the best broth ever, it had a hint of garlic. And I am usually not a big fan of the chashu bc it can have the day-old cooked pork flavour, but this one was smokey and delicious! Even better than what I had in Fukuoka.
I was very happy to randomly come in, since all the chain restaurants in the area had...

It's suggested to get the noodles hard.
When you walk into the shop you are greeted by the enthusiastic crew and feel right at home. They are very foreigner friendly!
The ramen itself is very flavorful and rich but balanced at the same time by the tare.
Noodles have perfect chewiness and the jam egg is just the right amount of runny and solid.
Would eat here again.
