Set A (vegetarian) and Set B (non-vegetarian) are both available at MUSUBI Cafe in Arashiyama, Kyoto, and both sets of food are delicious. Visitors and locals alike may enjoy a peaceful lunch in the middle of Arashiyama's natural splendor at this charming restaurant.
Set A (vegetarian) has several tasty dishes that highlight the tastes of Kyoto's cuisine but don't include any meat. Vegetarians will be spoiled for choice, as the meals are prepared with love and care. You can tell the ingredients are high quality and freshly prepared from the very first mouthful. The wonderful tart cheesecake is a must-try if you're looking for a decadent dessert. It has just the right amount of each taste and texture. The Japanese ice cream is out of this world as well, with both classic and innovative flavors that will have you begging for more.
Those with a taste for meat will like the variety of options available in Set B (non-vegetarian). Each meal in this package is a work of culinary art, and the combination of tastes is sublime. Cafe patrons may indulge in delicious, perfectly balanced, genuine Japanese non-vegetarian fare.
Masubi Cafe's location in the middle of all the action in Arashiyama is what makes it stand out. In spite of its status as a busy tourist attraction, the café is surprisingly quiet. It's a great spot to grab a lunch and relax while taking in the views, thanks to its seclusion from the rest of the area's hustle and bustle.
Overall, the Masubi Cafe in Arashiyama is a lovely place to eat, with two excellent menu options to choose from. Save space for the delicious tart cheesecake and the exquisite Japanese ice cream, which are included in both Set A and Set B, respectively, if you're not a vegetarian. The tranquil atmosphere of the café in the middle of the tourist sector is the icing on the cake, making it a top pick for a memorable meal.

After that we have been back 3 more times and just wished we had them closer ever since.
For a places that also serves meat and fish, their vegan options are out of this world good. The deep fried gluten and aged miso is one of my favourites meals like ever! And all their desserts are vegan, and they are all mindblowingly good.
If the fig and tart is available, TRY IT!!
Plus the owner and chef was so kind and friendly and was truly moved to see us there so often but it is just too good!! It was always a very friendly atmosphere there.
Can't recommend enough, try it all,...

I came back again this year, and it was just as amazing. The menu always offers variety, so every meal feels fresh and exciting. The staff are kind and attentive, and the owner herself is still there—it was really special and a bit emotional to see her again.
If you’re looking for wholesome, delicious food with a warm and thoughtful atmosphere, this place is a gem. Highly...
