I really wish I could say I had a good experience, I was very excited to see a samoyed cafe, but when I got there, there was a terrible smell at the entrance. The space was far too small for a large dog breed like the samoyed, some of them looked stressed and were hiding under benches or moving away from people to lie down in the corner, I saw one of the employees tease one of the samoyeds which caused them to walk away. I also recall two of the dogs getting in an altercation which resulted in one of them snarling, which is worrying because Samoyeds typically aren't known to be aggressive dogs. I had a very bad feeling that the dogs weren't being cared for properly there and I had to leave after thirty minutes, it broke my heart to see those beautiful dogs not in a good environment and I highly advise you not to spend your money on this establishment, I deeply...
Read moreThe staff is friendly and the dogs are super cute. However, you must put up with its smell. Dogs are still under training because they are 9 months old or a year old. They can sometimes pee on the floor not on the toilet. The staff is trying hard to let visitors take the best shot with the dogs. They sell a capsule with their snacks in at 100 JPY but the amount is a biny bit. Visitors are allowed to buy it only once. I would definitely pay double or triple if I could get a bit more. You should make a reservation online otherwise you need to pay extra 400 JPY if you walk in. Good time to visit here is in the morning when the dogs are still enegetic. I visited there at 13 but some dogs were sleeping of course. Two pm to three pm is a break for them and they were all awake when visitors were leaving LOL. The kind of dogs are getting bigger and bigger and they need more space. Overall I was so happy to see, touch and feed them. Thank you so...
Read moreI was worried about the smell when I read the other reviews but it wasn't bad at all. You get used to it quickly after the initial smell.
The dogs were very fluffy. They were sleeping when I arrived in the morning but you can still pet them gently. One hour is enough time to get lots of photos, hang out with the dogs and play with them. The staff are kind and were happy to help take photos!
Unlike some other animal cafes, no drink is included. It is also cheaper to reserve on their website than...
