リベラーレ パスタ（LIBERALE PASTA） — Restaurant in Osaka

Chanced upon this pasta place in May and wanted to review it because I missed the food. Despite going at a late time at 9.30pm, we just thought of having something fast and quick before heading back to our hotel.

But when we went in, even though we had some language barrier, managed to order some dishes with great thanks to the service staff.

The chef was really dedicated to his craft as the food that came out was super delicious. We ordered the bread with aglio olio and prawn, with 2 pasta dishes. One with cheese from the cheese wheel and the soy sauce one. Every dish was amazing and the chef's passion could be seen through the way he cooked every dish, and the way it tasted.

We were really filled after the dinner and was so impressed that we went back a few days later. Again, we tried different pastas but still enjoyed the meal immensely.

I ordered almost all of their pastas on my different breaks, and fell inlove with their Asparagus Bacon Cream Pasta! I have it every time I feel tired from work, sad about life and happy- celebrating my successes by myself there with a pasta and a cola with no ice. HAHAHA. It's a minute walk from my workplace and also a minute walk from Exit 7 of Nagahori Station - Sakaisuji Line.

Atmosphere: Serene, リラックスできるー Staff: Very Friendly, さすがって感じ！ Food: Definitely leaves an impression!

I'm bringing my new boyfriend next time and I hope he'll fall inlove with it too!...

Excellent spaghetti bar! We ate here twice during our stay in Osaka~ they do a lovely veggie Peperoncino and also a beutiful Mentaiko and Sea Urchin spaghetti for those looking for a uniquely Japanese take on Italian food.
