豆腐スムージー PAPMA 南堀江本店 — Restaurant in Osaka

I stumbled upon this cafe while strolling along Orange Street with my mother on September 22nd.

We were craving a healthy smoothie and were captivated by the lady who makes them, a very cheerful elderly woman.

We ordered a chocolate banana and the most popular triple beers. We loved it so much we ordered a third - cocoa & honey.

At the end, the lady even asked for a pin we were the first in Portugal 📌🇵🇹

I recommend it and would love to have a tofu smoothie near my city.

I'd never tried it before and really liked it, and it's high in protein.

I highly recommend a visit. The couple's grandson has a gym upstairs from the cafe.

It was very nice to see the happy family working...

Got the hojicha smoothie and it was great! It was similar in taste to other smoothies, but without any added sugars. They also own the gym upstairs and are conscious of making a healthy protein source that they can recommend and consume themselves.

Hiro also gave us amazing recommendations for our stay in Osaka with sightseeing and restaurants that the locals go to instead of getting baited into overpriced...

I got the black sesame — #2 most popular drink — Super yummy and also healthy drink! Hiro — the personal trainer in charge — was super friendly and explained the drink elements -- no sugar — fiberous coconut traditional jelly — really nice texture. Small family business! Oh and vegan protein! (tofu!) I wanna go back and try...
