24/7 Cafe Apartment Umeda — Restaurant in Osaka

This cafe is a five minute walk away from the Osaka Umeda Hankyu Station. It is on the basement level, so if your maps is acting up, it is downstairs. The food was excellent, but was not a fan of the drink I got. I got the チキンカツたっぷりおろしポン酢. The rice was steamed well, and paired well with the chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet was fresh and crispy, and not oily. The only unsatisfactory comment would be the drink. As I got the Yuzu Ginger float (柚子と生姜蜜のソーダフロート), it was very bitter. I think it was due to the citrus of the yuzu being a little old so it became unappetizing. Though if it were to be fresh, I probably would have enjoyed it. An excellent and stylish space to try Japanese set lunch food. I really loved the fried chicken set. The chicken (and whole meal) was voluminous, crispy and very tasty. The sides of veggies were also excellent and fresh and you can get free refills of your tea, rice and soup, all for a very reasonable price. We also had the dessert (matcha tiramisu and a mochi soft cream) both were good and also reasonable, but they are rather large, so suggest sharing dessert.
