Asador Roca — Restaurant in Osaka

Booked a table several weeks prior to my Osaka trip via the hotel concierge. On arrival to Osaka, I re-confirmed with the concierge and was told that all restaurant bookings were in good order. However when I arrived at the restaurant on a rainy day, it was closed. I knocked on the door and a young staff came out, saying that the restaurant was closed that day and he knew nothing about my reservation.
