The food was good, but a little disappointing. I had their main jiro-style maze-men. If you're used to eating jiro-style ramen, the quantity of the food is much less than the typical jiro ramen. I got mashi-mashi for everything, and it was probably about as much food as a typical mashi or maybe even a little less. I left the store still a little hungry, to be honest. Maybe it would be good for jiro-style beginners? The taste was decent, but was weak. They have extra sauce on the table so you can adjust as you like, and I had to use quite a bit of it to give the vegetables any flavor. it was weak enough that I ended up drinking the soup leftover in the bowl, which is usually unthinkable for jiro-style maze-men because it would be too salty. The egg yolk was a nice touch, though. If you're in the neighborhood and are craving jiro ramen, this place will cover that for you, but it's honestly not worth going out of your way.

I loved the box "DX Maze" Ramen with lots of soft, and tasty meat. Big batch of garlic on the side and melted cheese and fresh egg yolk on top ... Very good meal...
