CRITTERS BURGER UMEDA — Restaurant in Osaka

Best burger I've had in Japan!!! Located within the newly opened Time-Out Market, the surrounding atmosphere is electric with a live jazz band, playing around 20 meters from the establishment. I ordered the avocado cheeseburger with bacon, a recommendation from the incredibly helpful Nana, whose genuine smile and positive energy made the whole experience that much better. Her fluent English made ordering a breeze, and she patiently explained the menu, highlighting her personal favourites. (2025/08/27) Came here for a late 3rd lunch. The restaurant is located at the basement level of the mall, which has this large open dining area. Burger was mid. There's neither enough seasoning nor texture on the patty. All the other ingredients were good though. They toasted the buns too. Potatoes were cooked well: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. It'd be great to have a bit more of those with the burger. I'd give this a 6.5/10. Not bad, but I wouldn't consider this the best...

It was nice experience with great burgers for family lunch. We walked down after shopping at Nike Store. At that time, it was too difficult to select one menu only. But, Critters Burger was very nice choice. My daughter, Wife and me all were satisfied with crispy bun and meat and so on. So, I was googling if it is franchise burger or not.
