Time Out Market Osaka — Restaurant in Osaka

I’ve been to Time Out Market in New York and Dubai, so I was really excited to visit the one in Osaka, since it’s the next city from where I live. I loved the space and atmosphere. I went on a Saturday night, and there was a DJ playing, but it wasn’t too loud. The food was good, but I felt it was quite expensive for the portion size. Some dishes looked nice but were small, so the value wasn’t the best, especially compared to what you can get in Japan for the same price. I think it’s an amazing experience for tourists who want to try different foods all in one place. But for me, living in Japan, I felt it’s more about the experience than the food itself. Overall, it’s a nice place and I’d recommend trying it at least once! I also want to visit all the Time Out Markets...

This place is superb! They’ve got really high quality ingredients for very reasonable prices and you can order from a variety of different local restaurants (The matcha ice cone is amazing!!!). The atmosphere is really chill and not crowded and it’s a great location so you go relax by the park after as well. They also do live events so I will definitely be coming back for that and to try out the other restaurants. If you’re in Osaka, you need to stop by and check it out!

p.s - I noticed that some people reviewing have not understood the concept… this is NOT a food court where you get your plastic tray and a frozen meal with a juice box for 500 hundred yen and so if that’s what you’re looking for this is not the...
